• Supporting the department with general administration duties such as data handling, inputting information, diary management, dealing with documentation and minute taking
To be considered for the Administrator role you must have:
• Strong IT skills including data handling, Outlook, Word and an ability to pick up internal systems quickly• Previous administration and minute taking experience with excellent attention to detail and recording of data• Ability to use own initiative, work unsupervised and manage a high-volume workload • Due to the nature of this role, full commitment will be required for the period of the assignment
This is a part time vacancy working ½ days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and all day on Wednesday. This is a temporary role for initially 12 weeks on a salary of £9.00 per hour. Due to the current circumstances, the role accommodate home working currently due to current guidelines but on rotation may require some office working based in Colwyn Bay.
