Hays Social Care are working with a reputable care provider in Swansea area. They have a number of supported living in services and are looking for friendly and reliable Support Workers in the area to work flexible shifts, supporting adults with learning disabilities.Your new role You will be working with vulnerable adults who are mostly mobile, however, need extra assistance for some aspects of their daily routines. It is important independence is encouraged whilst still providing the care and support necessary. Shift patterns will vary.
