Our client is looking for Support Workers in different areas, previous support work experience or experience working in hospital environment would be ideal.Our client are looking for people that want to make a difference for other people that care and want to help people be independent.You will be required to provide a time limited practical and emotional support service to service users living in their geographical locality typically following a hospital stay to re-enable independent living.Flexibility is needed as you could be working from home or going to visit people. Assisting them with different needs which could be their budgets to maximize their income, to assisting with the maintenance of the safety and security of the client’s home in accordance with their wishes and their identified needs. Candidates must have access to a vehicle which they are willing and able to use in conjunction with their duties.
