In order to deliver the strategy An opportunity has become available for a new District Nursing Team Manager to be part of a District Nursing Team in the Caerphilly Borough .
We are looking to appoint someone who is passionate about providing high quality care and we are committed to developing and investing in our staff to improve patient outcomes. We want to ensure you have the opportunity to grow and progress whilst also supporting staff wellbeing.
This is an opportunity for strong, motivated leaders who are innovative and enthusiastic, who desire high standards and are able to ensure expert clinical nursing practice is delivered. Knowledgeable practitioners who are passionate to impart knowledge and lead the way in delivering care in the new NHS landscape
Applications are requested from District Nurses who hold the specialist practitioner qualification and are currently working in a Band 6 position demonstrating extensive community experience and skillful communication skills.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
