Shift patterns can vary through the week – days, evenings, weekends and waking nights – This is to be discussed at interview.Being a Support Worker involves supporting individuals in their home, promoting independence and having a very good sense of humour. The role involves supporting four Males within their home with daily household tasks, personal care, and also to attend activities such as swimming, gym, going on holidays, walking, visit farms, attending discos etc. You will be supporting in a person centred approach promoting independence and decision making. You will promote active support, social inclusion and positive engagement within the community and will work together with the behaviour support team and their families to provide the best support.We offer fantastic benefits, free training in autism, behavioural management, medication, CPR to name just a few.
