We are looking for passionate support workers to join our team working as part of our team!

We have been providing care since 1995. We work in partnership with three local authorities together with NHS. We provide high-quality care for up to 17 elderly residents.

The Role:

We are looking for people who are either looking to start their career within care or people who are experienced carers. We are looking for people who want to be part of Balmoral House and who will be proud to be a part of the team.

As a support worker you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of personalised care to our residents, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

Our carers are the first port of call for our residents, whether they be helping with personal care, meals or simply spending time with them chatting about the day. We look to our carers to create an atmosphere which enables our residents to have fun and thoroughly enjoy living with us at Skyline Care whilst assisting them with their individual needs

Caring nature
Strong communication skills
You must be flexible and be able to adapt to the needs of residents
Ability to work as part of a team
Live DBS is an added advantage
Job Types: Part / Full time

Salary: £8.95per hour

Hours: Between 12- 48 hrs per week
