We are looking for an energetic and active person to work with people who have a range of support needs, including physical needs, many of whom use different methods to communicate.
People supported enjoy engaging in many community activities such as cycling, swimming, the outdoors, going to concerts along with learning and developing new skills & hobbies. The ideal candidate must be very patient and understanding.
The support we provide is person centred and focusses on enabling people to achieve their goals, aspirations and the things that really matter to them. We ensure people maintain their wellbeing and play an active role in their local communities. We are a non-profit making organisation and believe there is strength in diversity, in the services we offer, the people we support and the staff we employ.
