Looking for a challenge? Enjoy supporting people? We are currently seeking to recruit enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our expanding team of casual social care workers providing support to individuals with learning disabilities to gain skills for independence.

The service comprises of Supported Living Services across Rhondda Cynon Taf therefore, you will be able to work flexibly and innovatively to meet individual’s needs and contribute to the development of the Service.

Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential, as successful applicants will be encouraged to bring their own life experiences and skills to the role. You will be provided with an induction, ongoing training and supervision to carry out your work effectively.
