Located in the peaceful, rural outskirts of Caerleon in South Wales, Llanhennock Lodge is home for 34 adults with physical disabilities. Our home is surrounded by beautiful views of the countryside and with the Breacon Beacons, Wye Valleys and South Wales coast nearby, there’s always plenty to enjoy. Newport is a short drive away.
As a Catering Assistant with Leonard Cheshire you will support the Cook/Catering Supervisor in food and beverage preparation and effective operation of the kitchen. You will also assist residents at mealtimes, serving food and beverages whilst maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
Have food preparation experience and an understanding of safe and correct food hygiene/handling procedures.
Have a Level 2 food hygiene certificate or be willing to work towards this.
Be able to work rostered hours.
