Would you like to make a difference?

Pembrokeshire County Council has a new and exciting opportunity for those wishing to work in Social Care.

Our Community Well-being and Independence Team currently has vacancies for casual, full-time & part-time permanent Support Worker posts. This can be discussed at interview stage. These are open-ended positions.

We are currently looking for support staff across Pembrokeshire.

You will be required to work on a shift pattern.

The role of the team is to provide physical and emotional support to individuals in their own homes to enable them to remain as independent as possible.

The successful candidates will be required to attend to the personal needs of the individuals for whom we support in accordance to their assessed needs and outcomes.

Experience in this field would be an advantage but not essential as a full induction and training programme will be provided.

You will need to be willing to undertake QCF Level 2 qualification and register as a domiciliary worker with Social Care Wales. Support will be provided in order to achieve these within your role.
