About the role
The Team Coordinator post is an exciting new role to Hft Flintshire. You’ll be leading a team of support workers to support adults with learning disabilities to have the best day possible. With a 70/30 split between hands on support and off roster management time, you will be a role model to others through demonstrating excellent support and you will help the Cluster Manager to coach, support and manage people effectively.
