The employer is 33 years old and has Asperger’s Syndrome. He has severe anxiety and his social skills are very limited. He has sensory sensitivity and body dysmorphia.
The successful Personal Assistant (PA) will be required to support the employer to become more independent and confident. This will include public transport training, attendance with the employer at the gym and sessions to Aikido.
The employer also enjoys trips to the cinema and generally the post is support him to integrate in society and gain confidence.
