We are looking to recruit Qualified Care Practitioners who can build strong bonds of trust with young people. A key part of our young people’s development is their ability to form positive relationships with trustworthy adults, adults who view them as worthwhile, creative and loveable.

You will complete relevant paperwork, manage the daily budget, undertake household tasks, and where appropriate administer medication.
Your work will be rewarding and challenging in equal measure. We maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where children and young people are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.
You and your team will help your young person achieve their full potential, providing a programme of personal development focusing on trustworthy relationships, social skills, independence and community involvement.
