Individual required to answer the telephone and take messages and answer basic inquiries, transfer calls where necessary to individual management members. Manage a work diary. Must be able to update and input information onto IT systems, including answering or forwarding emails. The applicant must be able to complete filing and general admin work in a timely and efficient manner. Experience in a care setting is an advantage but not essential. Working Monday – Friday 8.45-4-45pm with occasional weekend cover possibly needed. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential. You will be expected to uphold individuals’ rights to privacy and confidentiality as part of this role.
