Children’s Residential Care Worker – Hereford & Worcester region
Salary: £9.33 – £9.95 + £30 Sleep in Rate
Shifts: 1 day on 2 days off (16-hour shift, with sleeps – required)
Requirements: MUST hold a Full UK Driving Licence

We are seeking residential care workers to join our brilliant team at one of our well-established homes located across the Herefordshire region.
The children in our care range between the ages of 8-18 years of age and have a range of complex needs. This may include emotional and behavioural difficulties.
You will be involved in all aspects of their everyday life, such as household duties, transporting the children to different provisions, paperwork and making positive differences in their lives.
Must hold a Driving licence
Desirable to hold – NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Workforce
Providing transport for the young people to access different provisions
Making sure the young person in your care has taken their daily medication
Helping the young people access education
Days out (social events, shopping, cinema, swimming)
Contacts, visit, key work meeting and therapy sessions
Offering guidance, support and structure to their everyday lives
A dedicated and skilled Regional Manager provides excellent leadership across the region
Committed, experienced and qualified Managers support staff development.
we work with the Regional Mental Health Practitioner who supports clinical upskilling to teams.
We offer Diplomas ranging from Level 3-5
