We are seeking experienced Social Workers to join the Corporate Parenting Team within the Social Services and Housing directorate.
The Corporate Parenting Team work to ensure that there is a structured and outcome focussed pathway for all Looked After Children who have a plan for permanence. The Team is also responsible for supporting young people who are entitled to leaving care services to assist their transition to adulthood. This is exciting work with opportunities to make a real difference to the life chances of this vulnerable group of young people.
