We are looking for 3 creative, dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced Social Workers to deliver our Family Meeting service within the Intensive Support Team (IST).

You will support families and young people to prepare for the family meeting via mediation and support, undertaking home visits when required.   You will work in partnership with the child’s Social Worker to prepare for the meeting and assist with producing information for the family about concerns and potential resources.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated and passionate team who deliver interventions to children and families who are being supported by Caerphilly Childrens Services in line with prevention. You will need to be committed to improving outcomes for children and promote the child’s wishes and feelings in line with what matters.
