Key Requirements: A full driving license and access to a car are required for this role. A candidate who is compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference.
Role Details: Work Hours: 9am to 2pm (4 or 5 days per week) Responsibilities: Job entails light housekeeping, meal preparation, supporting with medications, shopping, running errands, and assisting with washing and dressing. We also offer support in the community where we take our clients out for appointments, social visits, outings, etc. Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour (weekdays), £12.25 (weekends). Benefits: Double time paid on bank holidays, paid travel time & mileage, paid trainings, paid enhanced DBS certificate, paid holidays (28 days pro rata), staff discounts schemes, staff well-being scheme, unlimited training & progression opportunities, guaranteed income contract (T&Cs apply), regular recognition bonuses, blue light card, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) that benefits you and your families, job security, etc.
