Job Summary We are seeking an organised and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our domiciliary care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care staff rotas, ensuring high-quality person-centred care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage staff rotas to ensure safe service delivery • Match care workers to service users based on needs and preferences • Conduct risk assessments and care plan reviews • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities • Manage emergency cover and respond to changes in care requirements • Maintain accurate records in line with company policies • Support recruitment, supervision, and training of care staff ⸻ Essential Requirements • Previous experience in domiciliary care • Supervisory or coordination experience • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferrable) • Good IT skills (care planning/rota systems) • Knowledge of CIW regulations • Experience managing on-call duties ⸻ Welsh Language Requirement • The ability to speak and understand Welsh is essential/desirable (depending on service area). • The post holder must be able to communicate effectively with Welsh-speaking service users and families. • Applications are welcomed in Welsh and English.
