The successful candidate will work as a member of the Carers Assessment Team, providing advice, information and assistance to unpaid carers, linking into Health & Social Care Services and referring to other agencies.
What We Are Looking For From YouThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and IT skills and experience of working within a Social Care, Health, Third Sector or advice giving environment. You will have a strong track record of managing resources effectively and providing excellent outcomes for customers. You will need to demonstrate an ability to respond sensitively to individuals' circumstances, as well as having a positive can do attitude.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, and Community Languages would be an advantage.
