An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Hengoed Park Residential Care Home as a Manager on our dementia floor which has 34 residents living with different stages of dementia.If you have L4/5 or are currently working towards this leadership and management qualification and want to know more about this role then please contact us.
Experience and an in-depth working knowledge of dementia is essential.
We realise that there are a number of different professionals with this qualification or working towards it, if you also have a working experience as a manger, clinical professional or Social Worker, with people who are living with dementia and would relish a change of direction to residential care, then this job may be for you.
