We provide care in the community visiting service users in their own homes. We are contracted with Denbighshire Council we are relatively new in Prestatyn.
We provide personal care, administration of medications, food provision, domestic assistance, social care inclusion and End of life care.
We look after people with mental health, learning disability, dementia, autism, physical disability, the list is not exhaustive.
We are looking for reliable, confident, committed, caring and flexible person to work in our team, no experience required as full training provided. Holidays, mileage travel all paid.
