- Plan and facilitate engaging community activities, promoting social interaction and independence for service users.
- Support and assist service users in their daily tasks, encouraging personal development and life skills.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment, following care plans and addressing any challenging behaviors effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on the progress and well-being of service users.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and empowering experience, fostering a sense of community.
- Assist with personal care, ensuring a compassionate and respectful approach at all times.
- Manage and respond to sensitive issues and difficult situations with empathy and a calm demeanor.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices.

- Previous experience in a similar role or working with vulnerable adults is advantageous but not mandatory.
