Overall job purpose
Lead on the National Food and Fun scheme for a number of Anglesey schools and assist the Healthy schools Co-Ordinator in facilitating, delivering and evaluating projects managed by Healthy schools including 'Healthy and sustainable Pre-school scheme' and 'The Period Dignity Grant'. Supporting the planning and delivery of the 'Welsh National Healthy Schools Scheme' and addressing issues relating to the health and well-being of children and young people on Anglesey. To assist with in achieving the targets and objectives identified within the national and local priorities.
