INTERNAL - Team Manager - Social Care and Housing Support Commissioning Team

• Contribute and support the Service Manager in the planning, delivery and commissioning, from both internal and external service providers, of appropriate services for adults and children eligible for social care support.

• Maintain and develop the contracting framework which enables the department to commission a range of quality services that meets both current and future wellbeing needs of our citizens.

A full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this post.
