ARISE Nursing is seeking an experienced, dynamic and passionate Registered Manager to lead and oversee our domiciliary care services across Wales.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated care professional who is committed to delivering outstanding, safe and person-centred care while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance and continuous service improvement.
As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, quality and performance of our domiciliary care services. You will provide strong leadership to our Care Coordinator, Best Practice Lead, Supervisors and wider care teams, ensuring services consistently meet the standards required by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and Social Care Wales.
The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding, workforce development, quality assurance, care planning, regulatory inspections and building positive relationships with service users, families and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Significant management experience within domiciliary care or a regulated adult social care setting.
- Strong knowledge of CIW regulations, safeguarding and Welsh social care legislation.
- Qualifications recognised by Social Care Wales for Domiciliary Care Manager registration, including relevant Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications or accepted equivalents.
- Exceptional candidates who demonstrate substantial relevant experience, strong leadership capabilities and the potential to excel in this role will also be considered. - Current Social Care Wales registration as a Domiciliary Care Manager, or eligibility to obtain registration before commencing regulated management duties.
