About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
• Lead, inspire, and manage a skilled care team.
• Ensure the home is fully compliant with Care Inspectorate Wales regulations, including Regulation 29 – Support for Workers.
• Oversee operational management, including staffing, budgets, and facilities.
• Foster a safe, caring, and engaging environment for residents.
• Promote the home and Vshans Care in the local community.

What We’re Looking For
• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Proven leadership experience in a residential or nursing care setting.
• Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate Wales standards, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to staff development and continuous improvement.
