We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and learning difficulties in a supported living setting.
About the Role:
You will be supporting individuals to live as independently as possible — helping with daily routines, promoting life skills, and encouraging community involvement. Every day is different, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the people you support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred support in line with individual care plans. Assist with daily living skills including cooking, cleaning, and budgeting. Support with personal care (where required). Encourage participation in social, educational, and leisure activities. Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team, families, and professionals.
about You:
Genuine passion for supporting others and helping them achieve their goals. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm under pressure. Experience working with individuals with ASD, ADHD, or learning difficulties is desirable but not essential Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or sleep-ins if required.
