We provide care in the community visiting service users in their own homes. We are contracted with Denbighshire Council we are relatively new in Prestatyn.
We provide personal care, administration of medications, food provision, domestic assistance and social care inclusion, end of life care, complex care.
We look after people with mental health, learning disability, dementia, autism, physical disability, the list is not exhaustive.
we are looking for reliable, confident, committed, caring and flexible senior care worker to work in our team, You must have a level 3 in health and social care. Holidays, mileage travel all paid.
