About the jobIf you are looking to expand or develop your understanding of mental ill health whilst working collaboratively with health colleagues, look no further. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Grade 8 Social Worker to join us in Mental Health Services for Older People.
Our philosophy is to foster a culture where employees are valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. We are an integrated team, based in Llanfair unit, Llandough hospital. We work collaboratively with multiple professionals from local authority and health. We provide staff with regular supervision and hold a weekly meeting to discuss complex cases in a multidisciplinary arena.
What We Are Looking For From YouThrough the provision of recovery focussed care and treatment, we encourage employees to adopt a strengths-based approach whilst striving to achieve personal outcomes for individuals. Our team work closely with Citizens, families and carers to ensure they are safe and live well in their communities.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, and Community Languages would be an advantage.
