- Cefnogi’r Rheolwr Comisiynu yn effeithiol i sefydlu a rheoli contractau Gwasanaethau Oedolion a Chymunedol er mwyn sicrhau gwerth am arian, ansawdd a pherthnasedd strategol.
- Gweithio gyda darparwyr i ddatblygu a chefnogi’r farchnad wrth ddefnyddio technegau meddwl yn greadigol a datrys problemau o fewn cwmpas canllawiau / gofynion Llywodraeth Cymru, yr awdurdod lleol a Deddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014.
- Datblygu a gweithredu systemau sicrhau ansawdd, prosesau monitro ac adolygu ar gyfer yr holl wasanaethau wedi’u comisiynu a’u contractio i sicrhau bod safonau gwasanaeth yn cael eu bodloni a bod y canlyniadau gofynnol yn cael eu cyflawni.

Profiad o weithio mewn amgylchedd gofal cymdeithasol neu amgylchedd tebyg, neu weithio gyda gwasanaethau o’r fath, er enghraifft, yn y sector cymunedol a gwirfoddol, gwasanaethau tai, am dâl neu’n ddi-dâl.
