Rydym eisiau penodi gweithiwr proffesiynol ymroddedig a gofalgar fel
ar gyfer Gwasanaeth Mabwysiadu Gogledd Cymru
Lleoliad: Hybrid (yn gweithio ar draws pob un o'r 6 Awdurdod Lleol yng Ngogledd Cymru)
Math o Gontract: Rhan-amser – 3 diwrnod/ 22.5 awr/ yr wythnos – swydd hyblyg/barhaol
Mae hon yn rôl werth chweil y mae angen i'r ymgeisydd gael dealltwriaeth dda o weithio gyda phlant sy'n derbyn gofal a darpar fabwysiadwyr. Bydd y rôl yn cynnwys gweithio'n agos gyda'r gweithwyr proffesiynol amlddisgyblaethol sy'n gweithio yng Ngwasanaeth Mabwysiadu Gogledd Cymru ac yn uniongyrchol gyda darpar fabwysiadwyr a’u cefnogi i ddysgu mwy am fabwysiadu, dechrau meddwl am y manteision a'r heriau sy'n gysylltiedig ac i benderfynu a yw mabwysiadu yn iawn iddyn nhw.
Mae angen cymwysterau perthnasol arnoch naill ai FfCCh neu NVQ3 mewn Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol (Gofal Plant) neu gymwysterau Gofal Plant perthnasol eraill, sgiliau TG da, GDG clir, trwydded yrru ddilys. Mae car gydag yswiriant busnes llawn a chynhwysfawr hefyd yn ofyniad ar gyfer y swydd hon.
Mae’r gallu i siarad Cymraeg yn hanfodol.
Oriau Gwaith: yr oriau craidd yw 9am i 5pm fodd bynnag bydd achlysuron lle bydd angen gweithio hyblyg i ddiwallu anghenion a gofynion y gwasanaeth.
Mae'r tîm yn gefnogol iawn - mae ganddo reolwr gwasanaeth, pedwar rheolwr gweithredol, gweithwyr cymdeithasol, swyddog hyfforddi, gweithwyr cymorth i deuluoedd therapiwtig a gweinyddwyr busnes. Mae gennym ddull amlddisgyblaethol gyda’n cydweithwyr yn y 6 awdurdod lleol gan gynnwys cydweithwyr ym maes iechyd ac addysg wrth gefnogi plant a theuluoedd mabwysiadu ledled Gogledd Cymru
