About the jobThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Adult Services Social Care Training and Development Team, covering a wide range of duties including overseeing the team mailbox, SAP orders and payment of invoices, minute taking, database management, updating and maintaining registers and provide general administrative support to Training Officers and Service Users.
What We Are Looking For From YouYou will have experience of working in an office setting as well as the ability to work flexibly and adaptably to changing priorities. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be experienced in working to agreed standards and deadlines. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Experience in maintaining databases and experience in working with software packages, including Microsoft Office, would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone who is committed to their own learning and development and is willing to undertake further training opportunities when identified.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, and Community Languages would be an advantage.
