About the role: We are currently seeking a passionate, friendly, hard-working and flexible individual to join our team as a Brokerage Officer. Brokerage works hard to source a variety of different care services to support individuals to improve their quality of life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of domicilary care to individuals across the borough.
The main duties of the post will be to build and maintain relationships with providers and other professionals, sourcing domicilary care and being the single point of contact for the purchase of services.
You will also be required to attend meetings as and when required.
About you: Do you have:
- 5 GCSES grade A-C or equivalent
- Qualifications in Health and Social Care is desirable but full training will be provided.
- Working within Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Good IT skills
