About the jobThe successful candidate will work as a member of the First Point of Contact team, providing advice, information and assistance on Independent Living Services to members of the public, linking into Health & Social Care Services and referring to other agencies.
What We Are Looking For From YouThe successful candidate will have excellent communications and IT skills and experience of working within a Social Care, Health, Third Sector or Advice giving environment. You will have a strong track record of managing resources effectively and providing excellent outcomes for customers. 
 You will need to demonstrate an ability to respond sensitively to individual's circumstances, as well as having a positive can do attitude.
 The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, and Community Languages would be an advantage.
