The candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of telecare and out of hours repair calls from start to finish, as well as operating alarm receiving software.
This post is part time, working 28 hours per week and is subject to night, weekend and bank holiday enhancements where appropriate.
What We Are Looking For From YouThe candidate should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent with successful applicants possessing excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly. A positive and customer focused attitude is essential.
A genuine desire to help and plenty of empathy are the keys to success in this role. The role operates over a 24-hour rotating shift pattern, meaning the successful candidate will work a combination of morning, afternoon and night shifts.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, and Community Languages would be an advantage.
