About the role: We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Direct Payments Support Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will act as Service Coordinator for the Direct Payment Support Service and be the lead contact for the Direct Payment Support Approved Providers list.
The main duties of the post;
- Team Management: The Service Coordinator is responsible for supervising and managing the Direct Payment Support Service team, ensuring clarity in roles and fostering a performance-oriented culture.
Service Development: The role involves leading the development and implementation of customer-focused services that support to the diverse needs of the community, while also providing data to inform management decisions.
- Quality Assurance: The coordinator must ensure high-quality service delivery.
- This role requires a combination of leadership, communication and analytical skills as well as expert knowledge of Direct Payments to effectively manage services and drive improvements.
