Domiciliary Care Support Worker (females only) Mornings only (7am - 2pm) Mon - Fri Location: Cardiff

In this is a rewarding role you will:
Assist with personal care including bathing, toileting, and dressing Prepare and serve meals and assisting with feeding when necessary Support with medication management and maintain accurate records Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals through meaningful activities and conversations Accurately record the care provided, daily observations, and any changes in an individual's condition Ensure individuals are treated with the utmost respect, preserving their dignity, privacy, and choice Work in multidisciplinary teams to ensure the holistic well-being of the individuals we support What we offer

Full UK driving licence and your own car At least 1 years’ experience working in adult health & social care Excellent communication and people skills Good fluency in English Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others Relevant Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (or working towards) Important: We are unable to accept applications requiring sponsorship.
