About the job We are seeking to appoint 2 Grade 7 Family Help Team Leaders who will lead, develop and support a team of Family Help Advisors to deliver bespoke early intervention and prevention support to families referred to the team. The postholder will liaise and communicate with a range of service users, including families and professionals, and will also work alongside the Service Manager to support the continued development and quality of service delivery.

The right individual will also be able to recognise whether an individual is at risk and be able to consult and liaise with Social Workers and with other professionals or partner agencies as required.
