What you’ll be doing:

· You'll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence.

· Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.

· Personal care will be required.

· Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.

· Working within a residential setting with 4 adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.

· Be part of an on-call system once a week after probation
