About the jobThe post holder will work as part of the Information and Engagement team to ensure that families of children and young people with disabilities or additional needs are kept up to date with information that is both relevant and beneficial to them. This will be achieved through the delivery of outreach sessions in a range of settings and through the provision of regular e-bulletins to those registered on the Index.

This post is temporary maternity cover so is time limited until 28 th February 2026.
