Your role will involve building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and external professionals to create a person-centered approach to care. You'll also play a crucial part in ensuring that care plans, risk assessments, and audits are thorough and up to date, ensuring our residents are treated with dignity and respect at all times. Your proactive and adaptable approach will help you manage the daily challenges of a busy care home, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard.
Registered or willing to register with Social Care Wales, you'll also demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, staying informed of best practices and new approaches in adult social care.
