INTERNAL JOB.This vacancy is only available to Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC) employees and agency workers currently engaged with TCBC. To encourage the people that you work for to live as well and as independently as possible and to be part of their community.

• To enable the people that you work for to achieve their outcomes by taking responsibility in leading with specific aspects of their outcomes driven plan.
• To promote active citizenship and assist the people that you work for, their family or circle of support to take the lead with decision making.
• To work in a truly person-centred way, following the direction from the person you work for, their family or circle members.
• To enable the person's capabilities, develop relationships and friendships and wider circles of support
