About the jobThe role is to Service Manage our Early Help Team Support 4 Families and the multiple teams that make up the Intervention Hub. This includes Edge of Care, Family Support, Young Carers, Domestic Abuse, Out of Hours and Emotional Wellbeing.
What We Are Looking For From YouCandidates must have extensive statutory Social Worker experience at Manager level and be highly skilled at problem solving, strategic service development and working across agencies.
Candidates will be confident in overseeing a large group of staff and be efficient in the application of Council policy and procedure.
Candidates will be proficient at managing budgets and review quality of care through quality assurance frameworks.
