An Exciting Opportunity has arisen to work within St Johns Residential Care Home in the Manselton area, as a Temporary Night Care officer -20 -hours per week, to work hours during the night. This role supports older people and older people with lower-level dementia needs, that live at the home or come and stay on a short-term basis

- You will be part of a team and lead the shift, during nighttime hours with a team of night care assistants.
- You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role.
- You will receive a thorough & paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role.
- You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role.
- Other benefits include the Excellent rate of pay with attached enhancements for weekend evening and bank holiday working, as well as an Excellent annual leave entitlement.
- You will have a Shift pattern that is equally shared amongst the team and have a temporary 20-hour contract, working 2 nights per week.
