An Exciting Opportunity has arisen to work within Rose cross house Residential Care Home in the Penlan area, as a Night Care officer -20 -hours per week, to work during the night.
The service supports older adults and adults living with dementia and complex physical care and support needs, that live or come and stay for respite breaks, or on a short-term basis.

- You will be part of a team and lead the shift, during nighttime hours with a team of night care assistants.
- You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role.
- You will receive a thorough & paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role.
- You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role.
- Other benefits include the Excellent rate of pay with attached enhancements for weekend evening and bank holiday working, as well as an Excellent annual leave entitlement.
- You will have a Shift pattern that is equally shared amongst the team and have a 20-hour contract, working two nights per week
