What You Can Expect
💷 Pay: £12.60 per care hour + £12.21 travel time + £0.35 mileage ⌛Hours: 10 to 25 hours per week, depending on your availability 📑 Contract: Zero hours 📅 Schedule: Choose between weekdays or weekends (no less than 4 days a week if working weekdays) 🕒 Shifts Available: 07.00-15.00 or 14.00-22.00 📍 Location: Field-based – you’ll travel to and from clients’ homes in Swansea and Neath 🚗 Requirements: Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car (Business Class 1 insurance needed) ℹ️ Please note: We are not a licensed sponsor. Applicants must have a right to work in the UK.

Ideally you’ll have: A compassionate and patient nature Confidence in supporting with personal care and medication Good communication skills and the ability to build trust Consistent and reliable availability, with a commitment to agreed working hours Previous experience in care or a related role (preferred but not essential)
