Role: Senior Mental Health Support Worker
Pay: £13.17 Per Hour, £23,972 Annual Salary
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Flexible working hours – shifts include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
You DO need a driving license.

About The Role
As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a supported living environment.
Support people to coproduce their support plans and work toward their personal goals. Providing emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs.
Acting as a key worker and providing person-centred psychologically informed support.
Supporting with daily living skills, medication, and appointments, promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
Facilitating care reviews and maintaining safe, clean environments
Work flexibly across sites, covering a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and nights (including sleep‑in duties at some schemes).

Experience in mental health or supported living services.

We welcome previous experience working as: Support Worker, Senior Support Worker, Recovery Worker, Key Worker, Housing Support Officer, Care Worker, Mental Health Practitioner, Social Care Worker, Substance Misuse Worker, Complex Needs Support Worker or any other role with transferable skills in support, wellbeing, or community work.
