We are currently looking for a highly motivated dynamic individual to join Torfaen Adult & Communities Services in the Day Activity Team. The senior wellbeing support officer role will be responsible for supervision of a number of day activity teams based in Ty Nant Ddu Resource Centre and in the community. Our aim is to work proactively with individuals, to promote choice, control, positive risk taking in order to achieve positive outcomes.
The successful candidate will have the ability to motivate others and create a range of opportunities for users of the service. You must be able to manage, support and lead the team and bring about positive changes. You will possess excellent people skills and be committed to providing the highest quality services with a diverse range of needs.
