About the jobWe are looking for a highly skilled and experience Residential Manager to join our residential services as Responsible Individual / Service Manager.
This role is to oversee the running and functioning of the homes and ensure that they comply with Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the performance and compliance of Cardiff's Residential Children's Homes. The Responsible Individual will provide professional guidance to a team of Registered Managers.
What We Are Looking For From YouThe applicant with be a skilled and experienced Service Manager who is confident in their knowledge of RISCA (2016) and its application to practice.
The applicant will have experience of strategic development, budgets, safer recruitment and staffing.
The applicant with be experienced in overseeing multiple teams and is committed to delivering the highest standard of care for children and young people through a trauma-based model.
